PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Chad began his career at Hnedak Bobo Group in Memphis, then HOK International in San Francisco and GouldEvans initially in Kansas City, and later in Tampa. In 2005 he was hired as executive architect for an international development company and was responsible for the design and construction of fifty restaurants across the U.S. and Canada. In 2009, he returned to Joplin to partner with Doug Corner, and Corner Greer Associates, Architects was formed. 

Chad brings 21 years of experience in project management, architectural design and field coordination to your project. His experience on large scale projects enhances CGA’s ability to coordinate projects that meet the client’s schedule, budget, and quality expectations. He is accomplished at quickly providing technical solutions to design challenges. 

For the past decade, Chad has led a team of designers that is highly regarded for championing both high profile and small projects with the same level of dedication. An outstanding communicator, Chad keeps everyone focused on meeting the client’s goals throughout the project. The firm’s diverse portfolio of satisfied clients continues to grow.
