Doug began his career with Mott, Mobley, McGowan & Griffen in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, was a partner at Davies & Poe in Enid, Oklahoma, and Chief Architect at Allgeier, Martin & Associates, Inc. in Joplin, Missouri before establishing his own firm in 1986.
