CGA worked with Cardinal Scale to transform a dilapidated historic building on Webb City’s Main St. into a modern corporate facility. Extensive structural, exterior and interior improvements were required to support the building’s new purpose. The building now has a prominent entry structure with custom metal paneled ceiling, patinated steel reception desk, unique event space, cafeteria, state-of-the-art showroom, corporate offices, and conference rooms. A new glass skybridge connects an adjacent building to provide efficiency between various departments. The design preserved as much of the existing historic features as possible while adding modern contrast and interest throughout.
